This Matcha originates from the hills of the Uji region, near Kyoto, where Japanese green tea has been cultivated for over a thousand years.

The result of unique expertise, this high-quality tea is grown using the Tana method: the fields are shaded 20 to 30 days before harvest, resulting in a sweet and smooth aromatic profile in the tea leaves.

We are proud to collaborate directly with the Hibiki-An farm, where Atsushi Yasui draws on ancestral craftsmanship to grow tea that respects both people and their land, while ensuring fair compensation for local communities.
