ABOUT US

Volt was born from the meeting between Mélina and Mathieu in spring 2019, in Soorts-Hossegor. Coming from two different backgrounds, they gathered around their common passion: coffee.

 At Volt, we like simple things: tasting, learning, innovating, sharing. Our ambition is to create a living space by the ocean combining roasting workshop and tasting place of these local products selected with respect for the farmer and the consumer.

Nowadays, Volt is gathered around a team driven by the same values and by the desire to make you discover our most beautiful creations, fruit of our know-how and human adventure that we share with our producers.

For us, the local represents a space, a network, and a way of life. It values proximity, diversity and quality for suppliers, customers and the community. Basically, 'local' represents a geographical definition. For Volt, we extend this definition to also include a sometimes necessarily global proximity of supply - provided that it is short, transparent, and respectful.
