Head Barista

About the position

We are looking for a HEAD BARISTA, passionate about coffee and customer service, to join our dynamic team. You will be at the heart of our establishment, responsible for the quality of the drinks served by the baristas of our different cafes and the warm welcome of our guests. The Head Barista is a key member of the team, responsible for ensuring exceptional quality drinks. If you love creating memorable experiences over a cup of coffee, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

• Develop and bring the recipes to life by following a clear procedure known to all baristas
• Standardize the recipes
• Train and supervise the barista team to maintain consistent and professional practices
• Maintain the motivation of baristas
• Bring our internal and external training documents to life

Profile sought
You may be the person we are looking for if:

• You have several years of experience as a barista (in the specialty coffee) or in a similar position as Head Barista
• You are passionate about specialty coffee and all possible extraction methods imaginable
• Terms like 'anaerobic process', 'TDS' have no secrets for you
• You are able to manage your time efficiently in a dynamic environment
• You are attentive to details and concerned about the quality of the service provided
• Position to be filled in September, mainly at our 'flagship' café in Hossegor.

Mandatory weekend work. 35 hours/s, 2 days of consecutive rest, uninterrupted working hours. Salary to be defined according to the profile.
