☕ Head Barista We are looking for a passionate Head Barista to lead coffee quality across our locations. As a true point of reference, you will ensure extraction consistency, train the teams, and elevate our standards to deliver an irreproachable customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize recipes

• Train and mentor baristas

• Guarantee beverage quality and consistency

• Maintain and enrich training tools and materials

👤 Profile

• Proven experience in specialty coffee (ideally as Head Barista)

• Strong mastery of extraction methods (TDS, processes, etc.)

• Eye for detail and high quality standards

• Comfortable with training and hands-on management

📍 Job Details

• Based in Hossegor (travel to Anglet required)

• 35h / week – 2 consecutive days off

• Continuous shifts (no split shifts)

• Weekend work required

• Salary based on profile / experience
