ORIGIN

Sourced from the village of Shantawene in the Bensa zone of the Sidama region (Ethiopia). The coffee is grown at high altitude beneath a natural forest shade canopy, promoting slow and uniform cherry ripening.

PROCESS

Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, followed by honey processing. After the selective hand-picking of fully ripe cherries, they are directly depulped and placed on drying beds with their parchment and mucilage intact.
