Our Ethiopian coffees stem from long-term partnerships with committed farmers, ensuring fully traceable and fair pricing. Cultivated in the Gedeb woreda of Yirgacheffe at 1,900–2,300 meters, this coffee features 100% hand-harvested 74110 and 74112 heirloom varieties picked between November and January.

PROCESS

Washed-processed and dried on African beds, then packed in 60kg jute sacks, this variety delivers the iconic aromatic expression of premium high-altitude Ethiopian coffees.
